I live near a Granite shop. They charge almost double for a similar product. The best part, is that the granite stone I received from WholeTiles feels far more premium than what I received from my local shop. If I had to rate the quality, it's a 10/10. Their packaging is well packaged, ordered two Thresholds from them for my home project thus far, both perfect condition when opening the box after shipping. From all of the peanuts to stryofoam wrapped around the tile, it makes the biggest difference when ordering fragile resources, such as tile, to customers. This kind of care isn't done by many companies today. Shipping was quick, ordered last Wednesday and received on this past Tuesday. Kudos to the employees here who get the work done quick and on time. For a DIY home owner, this quality is very appreciated and is very much deserving of a positive review. If you stumble upon this, I ordered two Saddle Thresholds, black granite. A quick review is simply that the black has a perfect sparkle, which offsets the aesthetic I was going for. The polish on the tile is very glossy, and I personally love it. If you're on the fence of buying, give yourself a favor and order from here. It's the only place I've ordered tiles from (local or online) that I haven't had to dispute damages on nearly every tile. I mentioned the quality premium, right? At this price, you literally cannot beat this.
Great response to questions, quick delivery and excellent packaging for a long threshold that was cut to a special length.
