there was an initial mix-up w/ the product shipped, but the customer service folks acted promptly and professionally, and we received the correct items in short order. so, "we be happy."
It was exactly what I wanted. It was the same size as the one my contractor broke, that was much more expensive. With fast shipping and affordable prices I will be using WholeTiles again. Needless to say I need a new contractor, because he stepped on it before it was setup and broke this one also.
