The Threshold's packaging against shipping damage was thorough and well thought out.. Order to Receipt date was extremely short and the product was high quality.
This is my 2nd order because the first one I ordered was the incorrect size. The return was a breeze and the 2nd tile has been installed. It's beautiful and was delivered shortly after ordering. Highly recommend this company for special order tiles.
