I needed a backsplash to match my carrera marble vanity and found it at whole tiles. The quality was excellent, it was real marble as stated, I was worried I'd get a cheap synthetic version. The color pattern was well designed so it matched, Thick and sturdy and extremely well packaged, there was no way a crack could occur, many reviews from other companies selling backsplash delivered their product cracked. So glad I kept looking and found whole tile, price reasonable too.
This item is still awaiting installation, but looks like what I was wanting. First thing aright off was the packaging. The stone packed in a expandable-form coffin. There was wood, bubble-wrap, and high-density foam. The box was oversized to accommodate the packing materials. The shipping department outdid themselves adding to handles to further prevent damage. The carton was marked as "glass" which was brilliant. Ten years ago I'd never purchase a piece of marble over the internet. Now I'm a believer. Oh, the product was excellent, too.
The product arrived fast and was well packaged. The marble looked exactly as pictured and cut to the exact dimensions I ordered.
