I ordered two samples that allowed me to see how each one looked in place. From there I picked the one that looked the best and placed the order for the 4 X 36 piece of marble. Once I received this I noticed I ordered the wrong item and called up and spoke to customer service and they shipped out the correct one the same day. I just has to send back the incorrect piece and they made it very easy. Customer service was extremely responsive and very helpful.

I bought this long, skinny piece with some trepidation because it was being delivered by common carrier, but the packaging was excellent ... a custom foam cradle with bolsters of extra-thick corrugated cushioning.
