Ordered the Pure White nano resin threshold. The first one I received was flawed with discoloration. I called and within 3 days, a replacement was shipped to me. Very satisfied with their response. 4 stars instead of 5 only because I could not use the original item. The problem was addressed promptly and I would shop with WholeTiles again.
